You shouldn't have to pay for a hotel before you know you'll get the visa. We book a real room on a free-cancellation rate; you only pay for the service.

How it works without prepaying

Hotels offer rates that can be cancelled free of charge until a deadline shortly before arrival. We book one of those rates for you, in your name, and cancel it before the deadline. The hotel isn't paid, and you aren't asked for the room price.

1. Enter your stay. Destination, dates, number of guests and your name exactly as in your passport.
2. Pick a hotel. We show real hotels with rooms available on your dates and a free-cancellation rate.
3. Pay for the service. $12 for one reservation or $29 a month for Unlimited. You don't pay the hotel.
4. Get the booking reference and voucher. Usually within a minute, on screen and by email, with a PDF you can print or upload.

What it costs

Why not book it yourself?

You can: many travel sites have free-cancellation rates. The catch is that many require your card, some charge close to arrival or have short free-cancellation windows, and you must remember to cancel every booking on time. We handle the hold, the voucher and the cancellation for you, and you never give a hotel your card.
